Bandarban is a district in South-Eastern Bangladesh, and a part of the Chittagong Division and Chittagong Hill Tracts. Badarban means 'dam of monkeys'. Sky and clouds are  here. It is filled with green hills, fountains and small waterfalls.

Boga Lake

Chimbuk Hill

Rangamati The Wonderful Place

Rangamati: The district in South-eastern aria. The largest district of the country. Rangamati is located in the Chittagong Division. The total area of the district is 6116.13 sq km. It is bounded by the Tripura state of India on the north, Bandarban District on the south, Mizoram State of India and Chin State of Myanmar on the east, and Khagrachari and Chittagong Districts on the west.

Rangamati is wonderful place amongst the Bangladesh. The green hills, Lakes and rivers . It’s known as the Lake City of Bangladesh. Road amidst green fields and winding hills. Rangamati which is a wonderful repository of scenic splendid with flora of varied descriptions.

Kaptai lake : This Kaptai lake are large manmade lake of Bangladesh. The lake view are attract all of people who loved beauty of nature.

Shuvolong Falls : There are few waterfalls in Shuvolong area with the largest one falling from as high as 300 feet. In the past several years, this place has turned into a tourist destination due to beautiful waterfalls

Tribal Museum : The museum is located near the entry point to the city.

 

Hanging Bridge: This 335feet long bridge across a portion of the Kaptai lake is an icon of Rangamati. The Hanging Bridge are very beautiful .

Kaptai National Park: This forest is located in the Karnafuly and Kaptai range. According to the government statistics some 50,000 people visits the national park every year. The animal species of Kaptai National park are deer, elephants, monkeys, fishing cats and birds. Kaptai Forest Rest House and several picnic spots are located here.

Rajban Bihar Pagoda: Buddhist Temple, where the spiritualist principal monk of Rajban Vihara, Shrimath Sadhana Nanda Mohasthabir(Ban Vante) lives.

Peda Ting Ting: Few kilometres away from Rangamati. A small island on the Kaptai Lake.

Chakma Royal Palace: This is the palace of the present Chakma King. However, it is open to visit for all public.

Others: The local market is also a tourist attraction.
